Low carb, high carb, low fat, high protein, keto? Cardio or strength training? Fasting or not fasting? The fitness journey is one of the most confusing one to be honest. We would like to invite you to throw everything you know over board and allow us to approach nutrition and fitness from a complete new perspective. Eating and training for pleasure, for health and maximum energy. No deprivation. No forbidden food list. No crazy exercise regime that leaves you depleted and exhausted. We want you to work hand in hand with your body, with your feelings and your life - so at the end of the day you integrate a healthy lifestyle into your DNA.

Let's have free discovery call to understand what your goals are, what your current lifestyle is like, and how ready are you for change. This is a great opportunity to for you and for us to get to know each other and see if we can work together. We will explain you the general outline and what to expect from this individual training. It is really about making sure you get all the answers and some more, so you know exactly what you are getting into and out of this training. This discovery call can last up to 60 min.
The Set Up and Kick Off
You are aligned with your trainer, your goal is set, the action steps clear and your calendar has all the required meetings saved. Then you are ready to roll. We encourage you to always reach out if there is something you need assistance with.
Your personal Goal
In a second step we will provide you with a questionnaire we would like you to provide us with information on your current habits, sleep pattern, daily food intake, eating disorder history, stress levels, any current injuries, availability to train and more. After you returned the questionnaire please allow us 7 days to create your personalized training schedule which includes workout and meal plans, training frequencies and modality (online, hybrid, in-person), and weekly coaching calls. You will be able to review and discuss this individual plan with your Coach before you kick off your training journey.
The Training Program
This journey takes as long as you need to achieve your goal, or as long as you wish. We ideally aim to start on a 3-months basis and encourage people to work with us between 3-6 months - depending on your goals. It is totally normal to also modify the training plan. You will not have every month the same training but it will adopt according to your progression. Also should you feel like you are having nutrition covered after 3 months and would like to continue only with the training - it is all possible. This is your car, your journey, we are literally just the co-pilot supporting your should you find yourself moving off course. We see this relationship as collaboration and welcome open communication so you get the most out of all.

This Fitness Training is focusing on all life areas. We need to cover areas such as sleep, rest, fun, stress levels, nutrition, body movement, hydration and concentrate it into your training. Only then can we guarantee you lasting success and results. We will provide you with knowledge through individual coaching sessions or free workshops you are invited to join.
Plant-based Nutrition & Lifestyle
Get an introduction to following a plant-based diet and learn how to shop and where to find the best options. We can also support you also with a free of charge kitchen/pantry check. Learn how to avoid and reduce to a maximum chemicals, additives and toxins in your food, water and care products.
You will receive lists, and assistance in navigating yourself through the tons of information available on the web and in the shops.
Plant-based food can be super yummy don't worry it does not mean you are not allowed to treat yourself anymore to your plant-based ice cream - you will learn how to built a healthy relationship with food and your body.
We want to shift your perspective and develop a compassionate approach with yourself and the way you eat and live.
You will establish healthy habits and get a daily tracker with it. Accountability was never easier.
Movement and Activity
It is not just about the 2-3 training sessions a week, but rather about falling in love with moving your body and muscles. Using strength training to build inner strength. Using HIIT training to release anger and frustration, or steady cardio to ground yourself after a busy day. Sometimes you will hear us say the best cardio will be to go for a long walk. Exercise does not mean go out there and kill yourself but find enjoyment in the movement. It is not just your body who is training it is your mind and spirit too.
Depending on your goals you can have a dedicate full training plan including your favorite sports and the individual training sessions with your trainer or even solo by yourself - if you choose last option then this means you receive a training plan from us and you train by yourself. Although that is an option we always recommend a few in-person training sessions in the beginning at least to ensure proper form and reduce chances of injury.
However, we stress that best results are always obtained by training with your trainer - may it be online or in-person.
